23 and buried in debt after some terrible crypto decisions
I'm 23, living in Ireland, working full time, and currently around €57k in debt.
Most of it came from a period where I made some genuinely awful decisions with crypto. Kept thinking I could recover previous losses, took risks I had absolutely no business taking and basically made the situation worse every time I tried to fix it quickly.
Now the reality has caught up with me and I don't really know what the smartest next move is.
I have regular income and I'm not looking for another trade or some miracle coin that'll save me. I want to get out of this properly, even if it takes years.
For anyone who's been in serious debt before: what did you do first? Consolidation, strict budgeting, speaking to a debt adviser, attacking the highest-interest debt?
Would appreciate practical advice because I'm pretty overwhelmed by the whole thing right now.
