The Andersons Premium Weed and Feed

Chicagoland area here. I just ordered The Andersons product, so I probably should have asked this beforehand. I plan to put it down when it looks like we might have a break in the rain. I’m dealing with the usual weeds, some dandelions, creeping charlie, crabgrass, spurge, nutsedge. How will this product do overall? I have been dealing with some health issues for the past year and a half, so my lawn has taken a backseat to things. I am hoping to kill some stuff off this fall and then get back into a normal routine in the spring.
