Where does Last Rites stand in the story?

I can't seem to find much info so i wanted to ask on here if anyone knows where this new dlc stands Canonically

Like for example the way Fallen ghosts happens after the main story

Is the Last Rites durning/after or inbetween or smth?

Or is it left ambiguous
