Bike shop recs in Manhattan? Need an alternative to Frank’s bike shop

Hello! Does anyone have any bike shop recs in Manhattan? Looking to get a tune up for a decent price- my brake pads also need a fix as well.

Another request- I bought my bike from Franks Bike Shop in LES (rest in peace Frank) about a year ago, and loved the guy who worked there and did all the tuneups. Any chance anyone knows if Frank’s guy works at a different shop somewhere in the city and if so where? Unfortunately can’t remember his name…. I realize this is a long shot but thought if anyone might know it may be here.
