I’ve never seen a company love doing things their customers hate quite like this...

​Customers simply wanted a USB-C device with a backlight option, or maybe an X5 (a larger version of the X3 and X4). But no—instead, they launched the X4 Pro with touch features and pogo pins that literally no one asked for.

​I’ve seen so many posts from people sharing their love for the X3 and X4. I actually had to buy the X3 myself because the X4 was completely out of stock in my region. Being out of stock means the product is selling! Why would a company discontinue a product that is already a proven success? Seriously, what are they smoking?
