Experiencing unexpected crashes in multiple games.

Windows 11

Hello!

I am having unexpected crashes on my new pc upgrade. All components are new except one SSD.

Here are the recurring logs that keep appearing after every crash:

"The previous system shutdown at 18:02:17 on ‎13/‎08/‎2026 was unexpected."

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

"A timeout was reached (90000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Intel(R) Platform License Manager Service service to connect."

"The vmcompute service terminated with the following error:

General access denied error"

PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D
AMD Radeon 9070 16GB
Kingston 16GB DDR5 RAM
MSI PRO B840-P Motherboard
Coolermaster 750W PSU

Windows 11 Version 23H2
OS build: 22631.5189

Any help is greatly appreciated in trying to figure this out. I have tried some troubleshooting.
RAM is about 60% in use during gaming such as Battlefield 6, around 55% while playing Runescape 3. Temps are all under 75 degrees during gameplay. Sometimes a bluescreen shows, sometimes not, just a complete crash from a frozen screen to blackscreen and automatic restart.

Any suggestions on what might be causing these crashes?

EDIT: It's also in specific games the crashes happen, for example, so far I have discovered it happens while playing Battlefield 6 and Runescape 3 for a couple of hours. But not when I play League of Legends or World of Warcraft.
