Jailbreak options for FW 8.20.02

Hey,

My PS5 phat with disc drive has been sitting for some time now on firmware 8.20.02. when looking at the jailbreak compatibility list it shows that my current firmware is compatible with different jailbreak methods but to be honest, I don't quite understand what I'm looking at. I see post about people with jailbroken ps5s on higher firmware. What are my options in terms of jailbreaking my PS5? Do I need a special game to initiate the exploit?

Thanks in advance!
