Palmyra Harbor Condo Association reviews?

Hello everyone! I am a first time home buyer looking into potentially buying a unit at the Palmyra Harbor condo association. I have heard so many general HOA horror stories, but the area seems nice and fits my budget. Before touring and investing, I would like to hear from current/ past residents, someone who may know a resident and visited, or people familiar with the area who could possibly tell me their experiences with the community and the HOA?
