Need help choosing what to buy around 600 bucks (new or refurbished)

I’ve been hunting for a T14 Gen 3 AMD (6650U or 6850U), but I'm having a hard time finding a decent deal on one right now since I am looking for 16gb ram and 512 storage minimum and can only buy on some website cause I am using a promotion for students in my country.

Is it worth holding out for a good T14 Gen 3 AMD deal, or should I look at something else?

Open to older models (like a T14/T14s Gen 2 AMD) or other brands (EliteBooks, Latitudes, etc.) if they're a better bang for the buck refurbished.

I really would a prefer a thinkpad though just cause of the build quality.

Can you please gimme some deals or a good brand and model for the price.
