New Mode Idea: Builder

Baseline:

This mode lets you equip a "Loadout" of baseline grey gear with compromised heals. This Loadout is fully customizable, separate vault/armory window of all grey tier equipment. All grey implants, cores, and guns available always.

Loot loop:

All non-salvage non-valuable loot in this mode is a special type of compromised that breaks down into the rarity and item type, ex: implants break down into "generic green implant" etc.

Loadout progression:

Spending the generic items, you can pick that rarity level of implant/core/gun mod. Maybe tie it to the progression system such that you can't do purples till you unlock buying purples in the armory? Consumables and grenades can be brought in from core vault storage. Key difference from base game: you can't buy or barter equipment in this mode. It's all looted and exfilled.

Purpose:

This can allow you to build a highly specific build type to build around a specific play style to combat the "feels bad" of finally getting a kit together that you finally wanted to try and losing it to lvl 300 gold shields in the first 3 minutes of a match.
