1/2 PPR Round RB Value - Jeanty, Achane, Hampton, Barkley

I need specific advice. My league is a keeper league, with 1/2PPR and 1/2PPFD. Most advice I see is for PPR, so I need some help.

I'm drafting #10 and #11 in a 10 team league. I expect (1) of these to be gone by my pick, and then I will take (2) of the remaining RBs (My keepers are Collins & McBride). How do you rank these with these specific rules? I think Achane takes a hit from not getting a full PPR, and Barkley misses out on a lot of first downs to the Tush Push.
