Anyone else in Jaipur dealing with ADHD?

have ADHD and I wanted to see if there are others here in Jaipur who can relate. I struggle with problems like not being able to focus on one thing for a long time, having a very low working memory, and not being great with directions.

I daydream a lot, and my thoughts often feel out of my control—even when I'm trying to do just one specific thing, I get distracted so easily.

I just wanted to reach out to the local community to see if anyone else here experiences the same things or has any advice on managing it.
