Cigna won’t cover full face mask anymore?!

Is anybody else dealing with this issue? I just switched my insurance to Cigna and they said they won’t cover the full face mask anymore and will only cover the nasal masks?!?! This is ridiculous. How is this legal? The full face mask is the only thing that works for me. Is anybody else dealing with this issue?
