How would you feel about this steward?

He went through the apprenticeship and worked for a few years as a JW. He then left the trade and home local and moved out of state and his membership lapsed. 10 years later, he got back into the trade and joined up with a new local and 4 months later he is a stew. How would you feel about this guy?
