Am I fried?

Okay so, I was the 18th alternate for my college and somehow I've ended up in the 4 man team to represent our varsity tomorrow, unfortunately this will be my 6th ever round of golf( 40 hcp) and my last score and pb is 115, how does one go about playing a tournament with 8 - 20 hcps without embarrassing themselves??? 😔
