Update 1: The focus
It's been a week since I started this journey. The biggest problem I had this week was focus.
On the first day, I couldn't even sit still and read two lines before yawning.
The skill, on the other hand, I have decided copywriting is the way to go.
Easy to learn basics, but the psychological aspects are the most important.
So my missions this week were:
-
Do something about the lack of energy.
-
Do something about the attention span.
I found that going to a library was an easy way to counter both.
My college is usually from 9 am to 1 pm. Adding the 30 min bus travel time, it's 1:30 pm.
There is a library near the bus stop. That gives me a path of least resistance.
I don't have to think before going to the library; there's no energy in that. Once inside, seeing others study, my brain wants to study by proxy.
I started with half an hour of studying, 1:30pm to 2:00pm; it wasn't that hard.
I plan to increase my time by 10 minutes every day. The library closed Monday, so I need a substitute.
What would be the best substitute for a library?
