Frustrated beyond limit

I recently moved to WA from TX and I have my TX plates and Tesla insurance.
I had no idea about the lawlessness and callousness of the people in WA. A minor without a DL or insurance hit my car.
I went to a couple shops and Tesla insurance made a change request and both the shops denied fixing my car since the Tesla guys keep cutting their budget.
I have full coverage including the UMPD for this situation.
It’s been over a month and I am back to square one. All the collision centers here are booked 2 months out.
What are my options ?
