Good city car under 10 lakhs

I am looking for a reliable good mileage car to use for a long term mainly for city use as a secondary car

I am considering swift but just now saw baleno coming on 5 September so it would be worth to wait ?

What changes can i expect?

Also is there any other option to consider ?
