Need help with what benefits i can get

Im currently 16, autistic and having trouble at home, i have for years and right now its getting worse. I can function to a certain extent but im more worried on how id get housed. I live in cumbria but have close helping friends in hemel Hampstead, what's my best plan of action wether it be benefits or council?
