Switching OS and Character Focus

I was originally leaning toward a netrunner/quickhack stealthy build. But after a while I got a bit bored with it and shifted to a cyber samurai, sandevistan style. Which is fun, though it makes combat almost too quick and redundant sometimes. But sometimes I miss the option to do quick hacks and stuff.

Is there any reasonable way to balance between these two styles, or switch off between them? Maybe if I switch OS at the ripper doc and then run thru a few missions I know I'll want to use quick hacks for, then switch back and do a string of missions I want to fight and slash my way thru? Idk, maybe it's too much of a chore lol.
