Water recipes for Cloud RO system

I just purchased a Cloud RO system and looking to bypass mineralization to obtain water to add TWW packets for my pour overs and espresso. Are there others with this system? What water recipes are you using to adjust water? From what i was told the system remineralization "adds a very small amount of minerals, about 10–30 ppm, primarily magnesium, with trace amounts of potassium, calcium, and zinc".
