My bf might be a sociopath

So basically, he only cares about people whom he loves and finds benefical, and does not care about other people at all. Don't care if they are tortured, killed, abused as lomg as it doesn't affect him, he doesn't really care. He also watches videos about soilders executing palestinians bcs "he is interested in whats going there", he watches other disturbing stuff as well bcs he is curious. Idk, i'm just disturb by the fact that seemingly he has 0 empathy over anyone as long as its not a loved one. And the porn he is watches, idk it freaks me out. I don't think he is a sadist, but smth is up.
