Cherry Juice - Lost?

I came home today after being away overnight and my husband had apparently left a quart of cherry juice out on the counter for an undetermined amount of time. Its fresh, I made it three days ago with the intention of making jelly. It now smells a little fermented.

Is it a total waste now, or can I use it for something? (Besides chucking at his head.)
