I’m a pregnant nurse - just had a very triggering phone call

I’m a nurse and 17 weeks pregnant. I just answered a phone call that was meant for the OB unit and it was a woman calling about a 17 week loss - exactly as far along as I am right now. This felt so triggering for me. I’ve had a loss before and so this pregnancy has been filled with so much anxiety it’s hard to cope but I thought it was doing well. This phone call made my OCD tell me that it’s a sign it’s going to happen to me and triggered a full blown anxiety attack. I don’t know how to deal with this stress anymore. Everyday I live in fear that I’m going to lose my baby.
