I want to stop but how

currently on my 5th day of supposedly stopping on gambling but I failed. I failed to supress the feeling of wanting to win and gamble. I want to be free but how? How can I quit? How can I stop if even myself cant stop. Please anyone help me, I dont want to lose everyone just because of this addiction.
