Best pathway for a GC general laborer?

I'm 24 and have been working for a big GC for about 2 years now, looking to move forward but not sure which pathway to really go. I don't mind being a laborer still its just my GC is through CLAC and not an actual union, so I don't really have much interest in staying with my current company. I have equipment experience mainly in telehandler skidsteer and scissor lift.
