A couple days I found that my account was “under review” and both of my current projects were inaccessible. One of the projects I’ve been on since January and the other just recently. I’ve been a multiple other projects in the meantime and even been promoted within some based on my good work quality. To my knowledge, I’ve done nothing wrong (and I certainly do my own work). And I do live in the US, btw.

The account page says “under review” and that there’s nothing for me to do and that they’ll reach out. I decided to reach out myself and they sent me a response saying:

*Following a routine review, we’ve decided to discontinue your participation on our platform. While we’re unable to share specific details from the review, this decision is final and cannot be reconsidered.*

* *

*However, you will retain access to the information on your Handshake AI dashboard, and all eligible work you’ve already completed will be paid out in full according to our standard payment process.*

This makes absolutely no sense based on my experience with this platform. My work has always been good and I’ve been invited to a number of projects throughout my time. Do I have any options here or is that it, an end without explanation?
