Looking for software that lets me make calls and texts through my PC

I'm a small business owner that does a high volume of phone calls and texts to clients, and typing out texts and making calls through my work computer is much faster than doing it on my phone.

So far, I've tried Windows Link, which has proven completely unreliable, and KDE Connect, which lets me make texts but not calls. Ideally, I would like something that can let me access my call log and then send a text to that number without having to retype all the details manually. I have a Samsung Android phone and Windows 11 PC.

Is there anything that would let me do that? Free software preferred of course, but I can pay for it if need be.
