soaked and heavily stained sofa bed

Just moved in a few days ago and I was shocked sa state ng sofa bed sa unit ko. Parts of it are soaked (caused by the moving out cleaning daw) and stained (some from wear like dugyot af pero there is a stain caused by the person hired by the owner to fix the floor, like cement sya ata na dumikit sa higaan ng sofa bed). pati yung cover ng sofa bed was left unwashed.

When i told the owner, he told me na I can just clean it, like ako mismo daw. which shocked me cause I expected to move in a clean unit. It’s not the bed naman na I’m gonna be using naman but it’s relatively big for my space and I expected na I can use it for visitors. however dahil nga it looks dugyot af to the point na i dont wanna touch it, nakakahiya to have it displayed sa unit ko. unfortunately, bawal daw i pull out kasi wala syang storage for it. i can store it somewhere daw but the thing is I live in the province, hundred miles away, and nakakahiya ipatago sa mga kamag anak ko dito considering na dugyot looking na talaga yung sofa bed.

I can just wash the sofa bed cover naman like yung nabibili sa orange app but the fact na underneath super dumi nya, di ko lang ma take lol.

Can I ask my landlord to have it cleaned at his own expense? Or I have no choice but to have it cleaned myself? Sa contract namin walang nakalagay dun about the furnitures upon commencement ng contract, only for expiration. I just want it to be cleaned properly by them kasi I expected a clean sofa bed hindi yung ako pa maglilinis pala. How do I communicate this again respectfully sa landlord ko? huhu
