Have I survived my childhood?

My parents were very religious and I grew up in a cult like environment going to church up to 5 times a week with hell and damnation sermons. my parents were unaffection and authoritarian and my dad was cruel to me. I was kicked out of the house by him leaving the church at 17. I was also badly bullied. by other children for years with physical violence at school and locally. I had undiagnosed autism and had years of anxiety and depression but am on meds that work now.

I feel my life was sabotaged and is poorer quality than it could be but I enjoy some things. But I am worried my mental health is completely unstable and I might still have a complete breakdown at some stage.
