How likely is odette to be bait?

Ive heard many say she is the columbina of stellar reactions, but given she is releasing so early, how likely is her value to actually stay so high with future releases, like more stellar DPSes, stellar supports and naturally tsaritsa? I'm kinda concerned about her future, since her raw performance isnt insanely high (seems hardly better than C6 CMC will be for stellar swirl for example) and shes a x.0 unit, unlike columbina from x.3
