Follicle size and success

Those who had successful IUIs, what was the follicle size when you were given the trigger?

I saw from vids that 19mm is the lucky number.

I’m on my 2nd IUI. And in both cases my follicles were just 16-17mm and I’m thinking maybe I’m getting the trigger shot too early…
