VSC Platinum Coverage

Hi all,

Could someone please explain to me BMW extended warranty (VSC Platinum Coverage) and best time to sign up for this?

I have CPO warranty now though 2028. In terms of timing, I should just extend warranty prior to CPO warranty ending right? There’s no advantage to extend now?

I’m assuming however pricing will be more if I wait until end of 2028 given my iX will be older and I’ll have more mileage?

I’m just thing to figure out timing. Given it’s an electric vehicle I don’t want to be without warranty at any point.
