Need help deactivating 2sv

I have 2sv active on my account and it hasn't been an issue before but recently, when trying to sign into the website or the app, when it comes to the 2sv screen, I do not receive the code.

I've gone through the standard fixes on the support page, I've talked to the shitty chatbot that refuses to connect me to a live agent, I don't have the option to sign in via backup codes and even if I did, I'm not sure I have any, I can't deactivate 2sv without signing in on my ps5 first (which I can't do because of 2sv).

I really don't know how to get around this, can anyone help me?
