Mixed personality disorder, feeling lost ?

The psychiatrist I saw in the psych ward a few months ago diagnosed me with mixed personality disorder, borderline being the most important. She didn’t even say the other PDs I have traits of, and I’m feeling more lost than before the diagnosis.

Before that I was diagnosed with MDD and ADHD/ADD, but another psychiatrist from another psych unit said he suspected AvPD (which doesn’t seem like me, I have some traits but not the main ones).

I can’t see these psychiatrists anymore, my only options is to have a third opinion from my main psychiatrist but she is more treatment focused than cause focused.

So yeah I’m pretty lost rn, anyone with similar experiences ?
