Marriage advice

Me and my wife have been together for 9 years and only married for 6 months. We got together extremely fast and moved in together after a month. One of those when you know you know moments. Around 2 years into our relationship we started to have a few issues and would argue here and there.

Most of the time our arguments where over the smallest thing. Usually because my wife/ girlfriend at the time would say Id forgotten something or done something wrong.

At first as it is my first long standing relationship not experienced etc. i admit I wasn't the best at recieving this and would argue back etc. I would apologise but be defensive kind of thing.

My wife has always said how much she loves me and I do too. Literally the best woman I could ask for. However I would say 9 out of 10 arguments would end in her saying I'm done. I don't want to be with you anymore. Then a few hours later she would try to talk things over.

Our arguments got worse and worse over the years until eventually we kind of got onto the right track. Although I had my doubts it was going well.

We had a son which I love so much.

Then all of a sudden something changed and the arguments started again. I then found out she had cheated on me multiple times

I decided to give it a shot still even after this.

We got married. Things going well.

All of a sudden arguments again and I will leave comments.and my wife seeming like she couldn't get further away from me if she tried.

I know I'm not the best but I always do try. Anyone have any ideas on what I can try?

I have tried bringing it up but although she agrees it needs to be worked on nothing seems to have changed.
