A platform to make your day easy

Hey guys,
I was looking to make a platform for hosts who has >5 properties manage their work around short term rental platforms and other chores easy, I wanted to know:

1. Some of the issues you guys face in day to day operations and we can discuss how we can solve
2. Do you already use any such product.
3. If yes what plan are you using and what are the features you think should exist in it.
4. is it value for money for you.
