What do I do with my money? Please help.

(f/24): okay so for the past 12 months I made stupid decisions and would like help getting back on track. I went back to a trade school after getting my bachelors opened a business six months ago and realized I hate being a business owner.

to be clear: no debt. no credit card debt. no loans.

I have 10k in checking. 10k in savings. 71k in a CD that just ended and 22k in retirement.

I have no clue what to do with that and I’m oissed at myself for wasting a total of 20k in the past 12 months that is including rent and school and I moved back in with parents to replenish that money. does anyone have guidance on what I can do to either 1) gain back my 20k 2) put it in for a long time and not worry about it 3) invest in something and put a monthly allowance into it each month. 4) anything helpful.

I currently do not have a job as I just got out of military and trying figure everything out. my monthly expenses are around $500-$600 total. I am thinking of becoming a teacher or get a part time job at target to also gain back money.

any help would be great, because I truly don’t know what to do and a lot of YouTube videos I watch are too convoluted. thank you.
