Thigh pain only when lifting knee to chest

Has anyone gotten a blood clot that was in the very upper thigh almost going toward your hip/ lower abdomen ? I’ve been having the pain on and off for a week and it’s only when I lift my leg up as if I’m trying to bring my knee to my chest and the pain is like 2/10. I’m wondering if anyone had this?
