AI Viginal health - anyone have no symptoms?

Hi lovely people.

I am +++, I had a lumpectomy last September. Finished chemo in February and finished radiation in April.

I have probably 3 more Herceptin treatments left. I was on tamoxifen for a few months but now we've moved on to zolodex to put me in medical menopause and moved on from tamoxifen to Anastrozole.

I've only been on it for 20-25 days. I haven't noticed too many side effects other than just hot flashes and maybe a little brain fog, my anxiety is through the roof, but I also don't know if that's from the indoctrine therapy. I have started an ant anxiety medication. But other than that, I think I've been handling things pretty well.

I've been reading a lot about the side effects related to vaginal health. UTIs, vagina atrophy etc. I was just wondering if anybody didn't have any of those symptoms??

I kind of just want to be prepared and was wondering if it's something that can happen later on? Or is it something that if you're going to get you notice it right away.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up that I'm dealing with this hormonal therapy quite well. I know there's a lot of horror stories and I'm hoping that maybe if I'm just one of the lucky ones?
