UK ETA scam

Hi, so I'm sure I won't be the only one but trying to get the ETA I got into one of those scam sites, expecting to find the official site as the first search. Can something be done? I have read in other post that it's cos a private company that charges you more than it really is but lying about the price isn't ilegal too?

I don't really know about laws so I'm asking here if anyone knows more, and if something can be done to take those scam companies down or at least far down in the search tab.
