This game is horrifying

PLEASE DON'T COMMENT ANY SPOILERS JUST WANT TO CHAT ABOUT WHAT I'VE SEEN

I'm like 20 hours in and exploring >! the laboratories, specifically the adjustment wing to find things for the tier 3 hacker. Just found the crystals and carbon recently. The selak or is following me around and I decided to get close to him. He attacked and I screamed. He seems to be moving around alot more now. I never play spooky games but I'm pushing through because this one seems worth it lol

The train portal world was cool. I can just tell there is a ton more to this game. Most enemies so far have been alright, I use the scrap pistol, mug bombs, and the fancy crowbar. Not looking for any tips just looking for discussion around this I've done up to this point, encouragement to keep going lol.

What were you thinking at this point in your playthrough? Is the rest of the game going to blow my mind? (No spoilers please)

I can generally only play for an hour or so before I get too sweaty and have to stop. !<
