Vr on foot big screen issue

Hi commanders, recently been getting back into ED! Usually bounty hint and what not but wanted to dabble with on foot stuff. I'm a vr player mainly and I know the vr experience is a little lacking luster for on foot. I don't mind the big screen mode as the quality is livable for me. The only issue I'm running into is that the weapons and tools are very jittery and have lots of ghosting whrn I kove around. Everything else in movement seems fine with no ghosting or tearing such as my arms ehrn I'm running.

Any idea on how to smooth that out? Really hoping the answer isn't play without your headset as it would be tedious to exit the game and reboot when switching back and forth between 2d and vr.
