Are there any emulators or frontends for Mega Drive, Mega CD, Master System which show boxart etc?

One thing I really like about emulators like Duckstation and now PCSX2 is the boxart and game info they download to make your ROM collection look richer.

I found one frontend app which does support Sega consoles (in fact pretty much everything) called Launchbox but even with just my Mega Drive ROMs and Mega CD ISOs, it was taking up about 5GB disk space. I wouldn't usually mind but on my 512GB laptop, which already has a lot on it, I find that quite heavy. In fact the boxart takes up about 3-4 times more than the ROMs!

Is there anything else I could use for this purpose, maybe something lighter too? It's be nice to scrape all the boxart for the ROMs and ISOs I have.
