Issues with clearing 2026…

Is it just me or clearing has actually been so fucked this year, called up like 5 unis I was placed on hold for more than an hour and they gave my place to someone else, another uni the clearing advisor literally sounded like a university student and didn’t know what they were doing whatsoever to the point where she told me btecs aren’t a valid form of a level results?? Clearing advisors need to do better and the whole system.
