VGA LED lit and screen frozen

I bought a second PC built from second-hand parts, I assembled it and it was working properly, it booted into the BIOS with no issues, I updated the BIOS and now it gets stuck on the AORUS splash screen, the red "VGA" LED is on

I have tried:

- changing the GPU (from 2060 to 3060)

- Cleared the CMOS (also bridging the pins)

- I tested the RAM individually

I've tried everything, I changed the GPU to a more modern one, I removed the battery and cleared all the power from the motherboard, I tried other methods to force the backup BIOS to boot, but still nothing. I think it might be due to the end of support for older processors.
