I think I might be getting this again (16M)

2 years ago, I had a pilonidal cyst. At that time we had no idea what the hell this was and we just brushed it off, I went to school with it and stuff then it became kind of unbearable. I drained it, went to the doctor where they pulled strings of hair from it snd eventually it got better.

2 days ago, I felt a really mild sharp pain up my butt, so I checked it with a parent and we noticed that the pain was just the old cyst (which is now closed and doesn:t have a hole) had little amounts of inflammation and there were 2-3 tiny holes with hair half-way in them, so we pukled them off and I shaved that area and started showering every 2 days. 2 days later the pain is very unnoticable unless I touch it and that's not much either. I'm not even sure what to do? Will this go on it's own? Do I need a doctor? I'm even scared from taking a dump because I fear it might become infected.

Help would be appreciated.
