Account flagged due to background VPN during login (Active project pending) - Need support help

Hi r/OneForma team,

I accidentally logged into my account while a background VPN was still active on my device. It was an honest mistake and there was zero intention to misrepresent my location - my actual physical location strictly matches my registered account information.

I currently have an active project I'm working on, so losing access right now is critical. I have disabled the VPN completely and submitted an email appeal to support, but haven't received a response.

Could a moderator please help escalate my ticket/case so I can get back to my project? I am ready to provide my account email via DM right away.
