For those evaluating tokenized real estate: How much weight do you put on distribution frequency vs. exit liquidity?

A lot of the pitch for these platforms focuses on the tech (blockchain, tokenization mechanics), but the actual investor-facing benefit seems to be monthly distributions + secondary market access, versus traditional private real estate's quarterly/annual distributions and multi-year lockups.

Curious how people weigh that in practice — from what I've read, secondary turnover on most tokenized RE platforms is still pretty thin (sub-2% annually industry-wide), so it's better than zero exit options but not exactly liquid. Has anyone actually tried to sell a position and compare?
