Account Information

Please help!! I’m signing up for badge pickup for worlds but I can’t remember my username for the worlds website. There’s no option for “forgot username” only passwords. I’m sweating bullets over this because this is my first Pokemon worlds ever and I really don’t want to miss it over some stupid mistake. Is there anywhere to check my information like username and password for the worlds website?
